What You'll Do

Responsible for the operation of Tmall flagship store (new brand).

Responsible for formulating and implementing annual, quarterly, and monthly operational strategic plans, monitoring daily store data, and achieving performance goals.

To familiar with Ali ecology, with practical experience in data bank, adverts, booth, UD and other promotion tools.

Docking with Ali platform team, carry out brand and event cooperation, and obtain information and resources.

Collect market and industry information, analyze competitors, pay attention to their changes and marketing strategies such as selection and pricing.
Who You are

Fully understand and master the operating model of Tmall (with strong data analysis capabilities, able to make timely adjustments to products and marketing tools through data analysis), and have brand store awareness.

Operate Tmall stores independently, be familiar with Tmall operation and promotion, and have more than 1-2 years of operating experience.

Have a strong growth mindset and be able to adapt to the high-intensity work load of the entrepreneurial team.
